disk shows as disabled

i am running unraid 4.5 with 4  disks each 2 tb. It had been running great for about 3 months now.

I updated to 4.5 final on Saturday now disk 3 or sdb is showing as disabled or DSBL the array starts but the disk is marked as red and parity valid. Short parity test passed

syslog is included from the last boot
