[SOLVED] New build.. Can't get a legit IP address

This one is strange.  rebuilding my unraid box.  new pc.  rc5. 

 

Can anyone tell me why i can't assign an IP address and why it cannot obtain a legit ip address via DHCP?

 

The attached log is from the new install.  no modifications to the configuration at all.

 

Help please.

 

Fyi... I turned bonding off too... same result.

 

UPDATE:

 

When I use my previous network configuration and assign a fixed IP it doesn't work.

 

When I attach my PC directly to the server (not through the switch) it works with a fixed IP.

 

It seems like the server and my switch don't get along.  But this switch works.  I have several PCs connected to it.

 

I tried different IP addresses as well.  at a loss.
