September 16, 20169 yr Author Thank you! Question - if 2 out of my 3 dockers updated successfully do I still need to delete the docker.img file and recreate everything or just removing the container and re-installing would work as well?
September 17, 20169 yr Author I tried it and it worked. Re-added just the docker container and now it shows it is up to date.
September 19, 20169 yr Hello, I just updated to the latest unRaid version (6.2) and it shows that there is an update for Plex, but when I try to update I get the following error: Error: layers from manifest don't match image configuration Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! There's an entry in the docker FAQ about this Sorry but, where's that FAQ? I can't find the "Docker FAQ" inside the UnRAID interface, or even in docker.org or Google By the way: Does Community Apps plugin check for/install updates for dockers also? I cannot find info about that within the CA plugin interface. It just seems to update plugins, but not dockers. Am I right? Cheers!
September 19, 20169 yr Community Expert Sorry but, where's that FAQ? I can't find the "Docker FAQ" inside the UnRAID interface, or even in docker.org or Google It is a 'sticky' at the top of the Docker section of the forum.

I read in another thread you recommended to delete the docker repositories, as CA manages it by itself. Right after upgrading my server to 6.2, all the dockers showed an available upgrade, but just inside the Docker tab, not inside the CA tab. Am I doing anything wrong?

Here's a screenshot of my installed apps window. The two dockers marked with the arrow need to be updated (as said by the native Docker tab) I also use your wonderful "Fix Common Problems" plugin. I fixed many things I had wrong, and how it's happy everywhere (thank you again, by the way )
September 26, 20169 yr will deleting the docker.img for plex to fix the layer not manifesting issue delete my plex config files(thumbnails, organizations, etc)
September 26, 20169 yr will deleting the docker.img for plex to fix the layer not manifesting issue delete my plex config files(thumbnails, organizations, etc) No, that's all stored in the appdata folder.
September 26, 20169 yr Community Expert will deleting the docker.img for plex to fix the layer not manifesting issue delete my plex config files(thumbnails, organizations, etc) NO Assuming you have not mapped your config to something which doesn't persist. If you have used the defaults you should be OK. The whole point of the config mapping is to store that data to folders on your disks instead of inside docker.img
September 26, 20169 yr Community Expert what is the best way to delete the docker.img file? Settings - Docker. Disable Docker then it will give you a delete button or something like that. Then you can change the size if you want. Enable again to recreate, then use Community Applications to reinstall Previous Apps.
September 26, 20169 yr awesome thanks note: for anyone that sees this, make sure your in advanced mode on docker page to get the delete button
October 22, 20169 yr This is insane... should never have upgraded lol Can someone give some good instructions for a newbe... I have tried everything
October 22, 20169 yr Best advice I can give you is to start your own thread and include way more details than you have in that post as we haven't got a clue what issue you're having. Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
