[Request] Two Tone Detect Plugin?

I hope this is the right place to put this. Looking for someone that could help make a docker.

he has made it for Windows,  Python, and Raspberry pi.

 

This program helps with paging for our fire department by decoding audio from a sound card and then sending it by email/MMS to alert us to a call.

 

Any help would be great.
