September 17, 20169 yr The support via this forum is generally very good, but for some issues it's clearly better to directly ask Limetech [e.g. if you didn't get your registration key after purchasing it]. The basic NAS functionality is VERY stable and easy to set up, so you're not likely to need much help with that beyond perhaps reading a bit about shares; and possibly setting your desired allocation method and split levels (although both of these work fine with their default settings). The various plugins that you can use to enhance UnRAID are NOT products of Limetech => they're the result of the superb community on this forum, which includes several very active "Community Developers" who have contributed their time and expertise to UnRAID by providing these enhancements. So asking Limetech for help with these would generally simply result in a note back telling you to post your question on the forum anyway In short: Use the forum. You'll almost certainly get all the help you need. That said, if you have an issue that you really need resolved and simply don't have the time or expertise to do it yourself, Limetech does have a paid support option, where they'll schedule a session with you to configure your sytem or troubleshoot a problem you can't resolve.
