I had several unclean shutdowns due to unraid crash.  How does this smart data look?  I don't think the drive is faulty.  How do i go about getting it back into the array without having extra drives or with smaller drives?  I have already rebuilt it on my hot spare which was 6tb.

    Not quite sure what you mean by getting it back in the array without having extra drives or with smaller drives.

     

    Adding it as an additional drive means that unRaid will clear it before it'll be available (under 6.1, the array will be unavailable while this happens, so you should use preclear instead)

     

    If you want to rebuild another same size or smaller drive onto it, then stop the array, and set the appropriate disk to be that one and unRaid will rebuild to it.
