I'm working through getting my first server built and I'm a bit stumped by this SMART report. 

 

The history of this drive is it wasn't installed properly in my last machine (the temp warning) and the cable was loose, so I'm not sure if these errors are current or historical.

 

Can someone have a quick look please and give an opinion.

    Disk has several pending sectors, replace it.

    Yep error count kept increasing - preclearing new drive now.
