September 18, 20169 yr I logged into my server to find this https://www.dropbox.com/s/czkxqp3lmu3lo18/Screenshot%202016-09-18%2015.22.53.png?dl=0 I logged in through my phone and managed to get to the near full main screen. I attempted to stop the array with a view to restarting the server. The server is now stuck in a loop of retrying to unmount drives. I'm not sure if this is a sign that there is a drive failure but I'm reluctant to do a hard reset. I'm on 6.1.9. also the drives are unavailable and the logs wont load to give any further information.

September 18, 20169 yr Author ok i see that but i cant navigate to that folder because all the folder are down. I can access the server through putty but I'm not sure of the command i should input to delete the correct file as i have limited knowledge of the back end. EDIT I have managed to get to /boot/config/plugins file. but the flash/config/plugins doesnt exist. When i list the files it shows dynamix.plg as a file. I guess i just delete this file and then restart?

September 18, 20169 yr Author I did this and used the powerdown -r command. My putty session stopped responding but im fairly sure the system didnt shut down or restart. Is there another command I can use? or am i going to have to just hard reset it? web GUI is gone completely atm but im assuming that was the file i deleted. EDIT I did this from the terminal and it worked fine. Back up and all updated. Thanks for the help
