I formatted my thumb drive, and forgot to save my key file.  I cannot find the original email in my gmail. I have searched for lime, limetech, lime-tech, key, key file, and even my invoice number. I cannot find the URL for my key file.  I have emailed support, and the automated reply said I needed to post here.

Did you search for tomm?

Else contact them and ask if they can resend, Tomm is usually cooperative.

Also list the keys GUID.

I just searched for tomm, no results.

FYI

 

I just got an email from them... Included my key. I just put it on my thumb drive, in the config dir, and booted... It's working!  Maybe I jumped the gun a little, but I did do as the email requested.
