Ubuntu server not updating

I am running two Ubuntu Servers as VMs both refuses to update, sudo apt update works just fine but doesn't fetch anything, when I log in it states that it has over 200 updates.

 

Mind you first time user of Unraid OS and VMs - so I might aswell doing a crazy rookie mistake.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
