Transferring Files to Cache While Mover is Invoked

I was playing around testing different file transfer situations with unraid and I have a curiosity question. My cache invokes every night at 2am and for fun i though i would invoke the mover manually and try transferring files to the array at the same time. It appears that when I am transferring files to the array during a manual "mover invoke", mover also moves the new files as they are added to the cache. Is that what is actually happening? I'm not exactly sure how to know if that is what is happening or not.
