unRaid Freeze after upgrading to 6.2

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if this will mean anything to anyone, but about 12 hours after upgrading to 6.2 my unRaid server froze up with the attached displayed.  I could not telnet in to the server and the keyboard was equally frozen as well.  I was forced to just power the server off and power it back on.  This has never happened before and monitoring it now in hopes that this was just a one-time event.

Dude - same error I had on 6.2. Reverted to 6.1.9 and now have a different error, but I think that's because of starting with this one.

It's hard to say, from the above, no direct clue there.  Make sure your BIOS is up-to-date.  Make sure you aren't overclocking.  And try an extensive Memtest from the boot menu, at least over night.

Thanks.  I figured it wouldn't mean much to anyone.  Fortunately, the server has remained up OK since then.  Hopefully, a freeze won't resurface.

Just so you know, I'm not overclocking.  The BIOS is up to date (last release was late 2014).  I've done extensive MEMTESTs in the past and never had an error.  I might do one overnight though just for good measure.  It does seem coincidental that I just installed 6.2 and this happened, but again, hopefully it was just a one time thing.
