I updated to 6.2 on my Main server and now I get the following status message:

unRAID Status: 21-09-2016 00:20

Notice [TOWER1] - array health report [FAIL]

Array has 24 disks (including parity & cache)

it repeated last night on 22-09 again at 00:20:

What can be wrong?

Should I be worried?

Everything else seems to be working as normal.

Hmm, can you take a screenshot of your main tab and your dashboard?

Do you receive this notification as an email too?

The email contains more info, including what it thinks there is wrong with the array.

Alternatively go to Tools -> Archived Notifications and expand the corresponding notification. Can you post that information?

Parity is valid

Last checked on Wed 21 Sep 2016 09:08:34 AM CEST (today), finding 0 errors.

Duration: 17 hours, 3 minutes, 20 seconds. Average speed: 97.7 MB/s

All I see is a HOT disk 11. Did this trigger this warning. The room is over 25 C and those 7200 rpm disks get over 40 C.

Try raising the warning or critical disk temp threshold for Disk 11, which ever is currently sitting at 45.  Raise it to 47 or whatever you want, then see if the array is now fine.

Report will show as FAIL when a disk has a problem. A too high temperature is considered a problem.

As RobJ suggests, you can raise the warning level if you believe this is normal operating conditions.
