I did some searching, but did not come up with anything. It takes about 40 seconds to switch between tabs. My memory and cpu utilization looks low. Does anyone know what the deal is with this?

    Did you see the Packages section of the Additional Upgrade Advice?  Try that, then reboot, and see if it's still a problem.

     

    After that, well, we need diagnostics, so please see Need help? Read me first!, and attach the diagnostics zip.

    Any advice on this would be appreciated as I have no plugins or dockers or VMs. Should I reinstall and start from scratch?

    Reboot in safe mode and see if the issue still occurs. If it does it "may" be your browser.
