Never had an issue installing windows updates before but the latest feature update to version 1607 seems to install fine however when I reboot I get the blue screen of death.  It then reboots again back into the previous version 1511.

 

Any ideas why this might be failing?

Try reducing the vcpu count to one  do the update then switch back.
