[Feature Request] Official web file management

I know that this can be achieved in other ways. There exist Krusader and Dolphin docker apps and even more can be done with midnight commander. However none of the above are exactly user friendly. I think that the unraid project could benefit a lot from having an official web ui for file management.

 

If you could also implement a mobile app for the same thing it would be even better (like synology with DSfile)!
