September 24, 20169 yr unRAID OS Version: 6.2 Description: Try to browse to unRAID shares from windows machine by name or IP address. Prompt for credentials, input credentials, re-prompts for credentials. All shares are set to public. How to reproduce: Browse to unRAID server from a windows machine using the name or IP address. Expected results: Browse to unRAID server, input correct credentials and have access to the shares on the server. Actual results: Windows continues to re-prompt for credentials. Other information: Since I ran the update to 6.2 this week I have been unable to access the shares from any windows PC (I've tried 4 different machines both windows 7 and 10). I have one Ubuntu VM that will allow me to access the shares using the unRAID root credentials. When I try to browse to the server it prompts for credentials but will not accept any username and passwords. I have a thread on the General support sub but so far nobody has been able to figure it out. Can somebody please help me out here? I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point.
