Can't Assign Precleared Drive

Running 5.0.5 and trying to add a drive to the array, but after I run the preclear script (v1.15) I can't add it...it shows up as (sdr)0 even though the preclear_sh resuts says it was successful.

I used the command "preclear_disk.sh /dev/sdr"  I see I maybe should have added the "-A" should that make a difference? (The drive I am adding is 3TB)

    Something definitely went wrong during the pre-clear process as the script is displaying error messages.  If everything went perfectly these would not occur.
