2x HDD are showing as HOT in Statistics Tab

While it's not above the rated thermal specification for your drives, those ARE warmer than you really want to have the drives running at; especially if this is what you're seeing in normal operation.    If this is, for example, after several hours of parity checking, that's less of an issue than if it's a normal temp ... but even then it's higher than you should be seeing.  It seems like you're not getting good airflow through your drive cages.  You may need to add another fan in the case to pull air through these drives.

... by the way, the rated thermal specifications for your drive are operating temps up to 55 degrees C

 

7200rpm drives will run warmer than the lower speed drives often used for NAS storage, but should still not get above ~ 45 or so during parity checks ... and ideally you want the temps in the 30's during normal operation.
