October 1, 20169 yr Strange thing. All of a sudden, I can't SSH into my unraid server, or access my shares via SMB. I am not sure how to diagnose.
October 1, 20169 yr Community Expert Can you access the webUI? If so, go to Tools - Diagnostics and post the complete diagnostics zip. If not, attach keyboard and monitor and post results of ifconfig
October 1, 20169 yr Also worth checking on your flash drive that /config/ssh/ doesn't contain a load of 0 byte files, if it does delete them and reboot.
October 1, 20169 yr Author trurl: I would post my ifconfig, but not sure what you will find there. I have a route to the server. I have Linux devices that will happily mount my SMB shares via fstab at boot, but Windows explorer will not allow me to access them. I am always prompted for credentials and then am told I do not have permission. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Go to Control Panel - Credential Manager and delete any unRAID credentials so they can be renegotiated.

Control Panel/credentials? I can't find this in the web interface. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

October 1, 20169 yr Author Please, accept my sincerest apologies. Between having access only to the iPhone for several hours today, and the convenience of Tapatalk, I've taken this thread for granted. Attached is the diagnostics archive. Thanks! bischoff-diagnostics-20161001-1432.zip
