Is it possible to have a share be accessible publicly either read only or even read write while using Active Directory security? 

 

My experience so far is that if you have a pc/user that isn't on the AD domain, then you cannot even get to the IPC$ without being prompted for a username. Ultimately I'd like to set up access so 1 share is available (read only if possible) to anyone, but the others have AD permission requirements.
