October 4, 20169 yr Hi, I have Unraid 6.2. I have recently added a VM with Ubuntu 14.04 to run Unifi Video. When stopping or starting the VM, the Unraid GUI became sluggish, now all I get is connection refused. The VM is also not responding. Other docker containers (Plex, Owncloud and Squeezebox) are running and so are the Unraid shares. I have tried rebooting without success and I have waiting several hours to see if the GUI became available but no luck as yet. Can someone assist me please to restore access to the GUI and hopefully VM. Thanks in advance Tim
October 5, 20169 yr I started having a similar issue when I start a Windows 10 VM -- I didn't have this issue previously but I changed a few things so not sure if from upgrading to 6.2 or something else. At first I thought the unRaid had become unresponsive and I had to reboot. After a few instances I realized that if I could access the shares and dockers and vms were working that unRaid should be as well. I waited and the GUI returned to working. I don't think it took several hours. More like 10-15 minutes but I can't be sure. After I realized it was just a matter of waiting I just let it be.
October 6, 20169 yr Author I guess my difference is the VM is not working. Only the shares and dockers. No amount of waiting or rebooting has changed this. Would be good to know how to recover or at least re-store access to the GUI so I can see whats going on. Any help would be appreciated.
October 6, 20169 yr Author I have attached the Diagnostics archive to see if anyone can shed any light on why my GUI is not accessible. tower-diagnostics-20161006-1901.zip
