User password entry silently truncated to 40 chars

If you enter a password string longer than 40 chars, webGUI permits it, but truncates to 40 chars when actually setting the password.  No indication is given of this and results in user being locked out of webGUI  >:(

lol Couldn't help but notice that this defect report violates the posted sticky on the only accepted format for defect reports.  (Not trying to be a jerk, but I just laughed when I saw it  ;) )

The format is help others communicate to me information I need to try and diagnose.  In this case I already knew the information and this post is more of a reminder to not forget to fix it  8)
