Very slow write speeds after upgrading from 5.05 to 6.2

Speeds used to be 40-50 mbps.  Now 4.5 mbps.  I'm not sure what is going on.  Please see atached file. I tried to run the fix common problems pluging but all I get is a blank screen after installing the plugin. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Are you absolutely certain you had good speeds right before upgrading?

     

    Just asking because you seem to have a bunch of nearly full ResierFS drives, and ResierFS is known to be really really really slow when it comes to figuring out where on the disk to write new stuff if there is limited free space available.

     

    The FCP part doesn't sound too promising, though...
