6.1.9 to 6.2.1 reverts to 6.1.9 upon reboot

I am attempting to upgrade from 6.1.9 to 6.2.1 via the web gui.  It states that the upgrade is successful and needs to reboot.  When I reboot it states 6.1.9.  I tried disabling my Dockers and then doing the upgrade.  This ended with the same results.  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Sounds like the flash drive has corruption on it, and unRaid can't write the files.  Toss it into a Windows box and check the filesystem
