I have a Texas Instruments USB 3 PCIe card that I successfully passed through to a windows 7 VM.  I just converted that VM to windows 10 (clean install...not an upgrade) and I am unable to get this card to function properly.  I have attached a .png of what device manager is telling me, as well as, my unraid diagnostics.  Currently unraid is at stable 6.2.1.

 

Quick question in case it is related...with 6.2.1 do you still need to use a pci-stub in the syslinux.cfg file?  Here is my stub language below for reference (2 PCI USB cards)

 

vfio-pci.ids=104c:8241,1b73:1100
