i've tested the prerelease Version 6.3 RC1

I think there is an issue with the SMB.

 

I run a Win10 KVM Machine on UNRAID. When i try to open a SMB connection with my login Data there comes always the error "permission denied"

 

Now i'm back on 6.2.1 and everything works fine.

Please provide more details.  I tested setting up a share with "Private" security on unRaid 6.3.0-rc1 machine running a win10 vm.  From within the win10 vm I went to Network, then clicked on the unRaid machine name, then clicked on the share.  It asked for credentials - entered the username/password set for r/w access on the private share, and it seems to work ok.

I've had no issues and all my shares are either private or private hidden on my server. I even have my steam games running over it and my entire Windows library mapped to the server on multiple pcs so it is working for most it see

i've tested it again with another Windows VM.

Everything is fine here!

So it is a Problem of this VM.
