Im trying to convert vmware .vmdk to .img format to get vm working in unraid, but no success.

qemu-img convert -p -f vmdk vmware.vmdk -O raw server.img

Have you tried using the .vmdk 'as-is'.    Normally QEMU can use vmdk files directly.

Yeah i downloaded a win98  .vmdk and used as is

If i try to search vmdk file here

It does not even show that in list, only .img format

 

 

EDIT: If i even type manualy vmdk location then still nothing

Try using seabios to boot the image
