I have just realised that i did not have my appdata share on cache only and now my appdata files have been spread across 3 disks.

 

What is the best easiest way to get all the appdata files on my cache drive on mnt/cache/appdata?

 

Do i have to manually find all the files and move via MC or is there an easier way?

Modify the share to cache only if necessary, then activate the Mover.

Just to confirm do i need to stop the docker?

I just set the appdata share to cache only started the mover but i still have appdata files spread across my disks!

For your appdata share set 'Use cache disk' to Prefer and click Move Now.
