October 28, 20169 yr Sorry must have missed that. In unRAID webgui, there are per share settings and global share settings. Do any of your shares use a cache disk? If not, change the global settings to disabled/no whatever it might be. You logs show this as enabled. Specifically, change the share settings for Newsbin Downloads to not use the cache, and clean both the TVShows and Newsbin Downloads out of the cache drive.
October 28, 20169 yr Author OK i've done this. No share is using the cache drive, and its set to not use the cache in Global Share Settings Ideally i would use the Newsbin Downloads folder on the cache so the array isn't active when downloading from usenet for long periods of time. Also my appdata folder is on the cache drive
October 28, 20169 yr Ideally i would use the Newsbin Downloads folder on the cache so the array isn't active when downloading from usenet for long periods of time. If you download to the cache drive, the file will be moved to the corresponding share created on the cache drive. The "move" is really just a rename at that point, since your application sees a common root, /mnt. It's "moving" /mnt/user/Newsbin Downloads to /mnt/user/TV Shows by renaming the path. If you change your docker download structure to map /downloads to /mnt/user/Newsbin Downloads and /TV Shows to /mnt/user/TVShows then the move will work like you want. You would need to make the changes in the docker settings and the individual settings within each app.
October 28, 20169 yr Author Thanks very much Do the attached look correct? Appreciate all the help you've given
October 28, 20169 yr Where is the share "Newsbin Downloads" located...meaning this will keep the array up while downloading.
October 28, 20169 yr Author It's located in mnt/usr/Newsbin Downloads (but i've enable yes to "use cache drive" on that share) Should i set it to cache only?
