Not even sure where to start?

These appear to be known issues with 6.2.0-6.2.1 with AMD processors. Either step back to 6.1.9, or you're welcome to try the latest 6.3-rc and see if the newer kernel and Qemu fix it.

Can you provide full details of your attempted VM configuration?  I have an AMD setup and have successfully built VMs for Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 (64-bit), as well as CentOS 7 64-bit, and a half-dozen other Linux variants.

My hardware setup is posted below in my .sig, so please include the breakdown for your setup so we can try and figure out what may be different.

For the record, the one time I think I saw that error, I had assigned 3GB of RAM to a Windows VM but the host system only had 4GB total.  When I reduced the VM memory down to 2GB, then it started normally.
