GUI halted when starting array during preclear in progress

So my array's up, and I was preclearing 3 disks, and one of them finished successfully, the other two were still in progress, so I stopped the array, added the finished disk into array, then started the array, now the GUI's not responsive. Is there any command line I can enter to reactivate the GUI?

    Ok, I sshed into the server, and confirmed that the array was not up (the /mnt/user didn't exist), there's nothing fancy in the syslog either. I've attached it.

    Update: after 2 hours, the array is magically started and GUI's back to work!
