unable to bring array online after repeated os crash and fresh install

I did not realize that the restart command "shutdown -r now" was not exactly a supported command anymore and used to to shutdown the system via Putty.  There was someone connected to my plex share at the time if that maters. I couldn't hit the server after that until I powered down the server manually with the power button. when i restarted my server it the webUI could not be hit at all. I could connect via putty when i ran with no plugins or webUI but i could only see the flash within mnt. I decided maybe it was a plugin issue so formatted my flash drive and clean installed unraid. Once that happened I was actually able to pull up the WebUI and finally see the main page. any time I tried to start the array the webUI would lock and be inaccessible. I was able to run a parity check in maintenance mode and extended smart drive reports on each drive without error. I ran Fix Common Problems plugin and i can see that there is something wrong with the file system but I don't see anything wrong in the settings.

at this point the data isn't as important to me as getting the array up and running again but any help getting it all back would be amazing. I am really sorry if I left out anything and super willing to help gather any missing data.

Disk 2 has corruption on it and you need to check the file system.    Probably caused by the shutdown command instead of a powerdown  command
