Include inotifytools in base OS

Due to the pervasiveness of inotifytools currently being required by multiple plugins (and probably more to come), and its relatively small size, it would probably be a good idea to include it going forward in the base OS. 

 

And it would save dmacias from continually having to update nerd pack with every release of unRaid just to keep the plugins that require inotifytools to remain functional.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
