Better Error Reporting On Docker Templates

Currently, it is possible (6.3RC2) to create an environment variable setting that will *appear* to look correct on the template page, but is actually an invalid entry

This will look 100% correct on the template screen, but since KEY is not filled out nothing will be passed to the docker run command.

 

I suggest to instead of displaying the description on the template screen, to instead display ** ERROR - Variable Configuration Wrong - Missing "Key" Entry **
