Hi Folks,

 

Time for an upgrade....just moved upto V6 and would like to use the dual parity feature. I have a mixture of drives(see sig) all green drives...never had issues I couldn't fix.

 

As I want 2 HDD's the 8TB are out of reach...so 6TB's seem to be the happy medium.

 

Recommendations? Should I go the Reds or stick with the Blue's and save the cash?

 

I prefer stamina over speed.

    Either would be fine. It's entirely down to personal choice. Consider the difference in price and the difference in warranty. The Reds are fine drives and have a good reputation but some of the features aren't needed by unRAID and the Blues will work just as well.
