'Reboot' command not working in 6.2.2 ?

Recommended Posts

Today I was messing around with my VM's and GPU soft reset was not working, so rather than going through the webgui to reboot, i opened up a command line session and typed 'reboot' <enter>. I received the typical message "system is going to halt now" and closed putty.

7 minutes later and its still up and running fine. Disks are all spun up, but the array is still online...

I'm wondering if closing the putty window interrupted the reboot command?
