Move Plex Media to Cache Drive?

Fix Common problems has identified that my setup for /config is wrong (set to user share).  How should I move that user share to the cache?  Simply a copy/paste?  Or if I just change the /config directory to the appdata share on the cache, will plex automatically recreate the database?

    That is a side-effect of the fact that on older versions of unRAID hard links were not supported on user shares and many apps require such support to work correctly.

     

    With the latest version of unRAID hard links ARE supported for User Shares so that warning will not apply if you upgraded unRAID.
