kevvy2006
Hello All, I have my unRaid up and running but for some reason i cannot seem to fix this demonic audio. I have followed the guide on this board to fix it but it still seems not to work. I have even downloaded the MSI Util to set my card. I have a GTX 1080 passedthrough that is causing the issues. Are there any other steps that i am missing? Thank You. Link to comment
CHBMB
Demonic audio? Unraid doesn't have any sounds associated with it. I think you need to post a few more details. Link to comment
kevvy2006
Err yea sorry wrote this a little too quick. The problem is with my Windows 10 VM, i have passed through the GTX 1080 video card to my windows 10 VM. There is a known issue that has been worked on ( see this wiki article http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/UnRAID_Manual_6#Enable_MSI_for_Interrupts_to_Fix_HDMI_Audio_Support ). I have done that but it does not seem to work, i still cannot get audio through the HDMI correctly. I hear garbled sound which is really annoying esp when playing games and/or working getting an email sound can stay on for 30 - 45 seconds. I can attach an audio clip if necessary. Link to comment
