Can't reach Server

I need help in investigating an issue which popped up two times in the last 2 weeks.

 

The server is running 24/7 and today in the morning I was not able to access it. I had entirely switch it off and caused an unclean shutdown.

 

I have attached the diagnostic files that I was able to pull and I can't see the issue that caused the hard crash. Thanks for any advise.
