Could someone in the know take a look at my diagnostics zip and see what's going on please.

I still get SSH access and can access all my dockers apart from sonarr(the cause ?)

 

I can't cd into my disks/shares

 

I can't do shutdown -r anymore which is a pain as my server is buried in the loft

Do you mean (1) that    shutdown -r    command does not work  or  (2) you don't want to do it?

 

If it is number (1), then you probably have a process running that is preventing your array from shutting down.  I would certainly start with attempting to kill off that sonarr Docker...

Locked up again. I did the top command and my CPU is at 100%
