Hi, I built an array the other week for someone, but it doesn't automatically start the array upon boot, have to go into the console and click start manually

Have you turned auto-start on?

 

Settings tab > Disk Settings icon > (first item) 'Enable auto start' > set to 'Yes'

If you had posted diagnostics instead of syslog we could have checked for you. Always post diagnostics.

It's off, so as mentioned above, just turn it on.
