LibreELEC - can't access file system

Featured Replies

Any help appreciated as this is driving me nuts.

I have installed LibreELEC VM and it's up and running fine.  I want it to be able to access my shared Kodi database on my Mariadb docker.

To do this I want to add an "advancedsettings.xml" file to LibreELEC, however I cannot figure out how to get access to the file system.

LibeELEC appear as a computer on my Network but I get the "windows cannot access" error message.  I have also tried to SSH into it using the IP address shown in LibreELEC, this however just times out.

The IP address in LibreELEC is 192.168.122.46 however generally everything on my Unraid server is under 192.168.0.5, I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Any ideas please?

Managed to figure it out.  I hadn't changed the bridge to br0 in Settings/VM Manager.

Once I did this and reinstalled the VM it worked fine.

I could delete it, but it's a problem that several users have run into, and I suspect more LibreELEC users will too.  They can learn from you!

We've been hoping to have a FAQ entry written up, about this 122 bridge issue.
