ezhik Posted November 6, 2016 Share Posted November 6, 2016 Hey Guys, I've purchased a bunch of HP H240 HBAs (and set the mode to HBA with "balanced" power settings) and I wondering what would it take to migrate the array from one HBA (let's say SAS2108) to HP H240? I did a quick test and the sata drives were detected OK and were assigned to their respective positions, however the two cache drives that I have (patriot 240gb ssd) were appearing as unassigned. And when I attempted to re-assign them - the page was getting refreshed and the drives stayed unassigned... Has anybody performed similar operation before when migrating between HBAs?
