webgui went down twice this week

Hello,

 

i've had an issue come up twice where I can't access the webgui anymore but i can login via SSH.

 

Running 6.1.9

 

I noticed the following error when it goes down. the only fix is a reboot;

Running 6.1.9

Update to 6.2.4 and see of it still happens. Be sure to carefully read the release notes, there have been many security and program changes since 6.1.9.

 

Thanks I typically don't update unless it's really needed - i guess this classifies as one of those times.

 

I'll run the update and monitor.

If it happens again, login via SSH and type  diagnostics    at the command line prompt.  That will save the diagnostics file to the Flash Drive.  (It will be in either the root or logs folder.)  Then do the reboot.  Attach the file to your next post.

seems like the Webgui is down again.

 

I checked the syslog though and i don't see anything out of the ordinary.

For some reason "Diagnostics" is stuck at starting diagnosis...

 

All it managed to collect are the attached files
