Cant access Plex docker with 10G enabled

Last night I installed a fresh copy of Unraid and installed LinuxServer's Plex container off my regular 1gig connection and was able to access the WebGUI.  Once I put a static IP on my 10G network it broke the connection the Plex WebGUI and I was no longer able to access it.  I have disabled the 10G connection and I'm still not able to access it.  Any help would be great as this is an ongoing problem for me.

    Try posting again in the LinuxServer Plex support thread.  You may also want to attach diagnostics and any relevant logs.

    3. Adjust your preference.
