I'll leave it to the experts here to confirm but from the looks of it, your hard drive is in a terminal phase:

 

106064566  Raw_Read_Error_Rate and 4.294.967.292 sectors pending reallocation. That's not good. If the hard drive is still under warranty, return it.

 

Copy any data off of it and try Joe L's preclear script,  see if the numbers change.  smart sometimes reports garbage.

The drive was max'd out with movies, so I copied all of them off and formatted drive, than moved it into my new array. The drive hasn't caused me any issues (that I know of). Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.
