Does anyone here use a Logitech G19 keyboard on a Windows 8/10 VM?

The keyboard and my logitech mouse work absolutely fine when using USB passthrough directly to the VM.

However, when I use host passthrough (assigning the keyboard/mouse in UNRAID GUI), I sometimes get a lag/stutter when using the mouse.

It's most evident when attaching a new USB device, logging off and when applications interact with any other USB device. It's hard for me to describe the issue so if it's not clear what the symptoms are, please try for yourself using both passthrough methods. Cheers.

    3. Adjust your preference.
