November 23, 20169 yr Using midnight commander to move flies from one disk to another, the files starts at 50 mbps odd and then drops down to 3-4 mbps. There is no parity disk either, so I am guessing parity write also not involved to slow down the copy. Please help, diagnostics attached diagnostics-20161123-1848.zip

Which drives specifically are involved in the move?
November 23, 20169 yr Community Expert Sil3132 is having IRQ issues, when the IRQ gets disable it's normal for transfers to slow down considerably. Try a different PCIe slot if available or replace controller. You have an array of 20 data disks without parity? Why? Good question
