November 27, 20169 yr sda is often the flash drive but not always. Those don't look like ATA error messaging, more like mpt3sas messaging, so I suspect the kernel found your SAS card before it found your flash drive or motherboard ports. As he said, we need the diagnostics, so please see Need help? Read me first!, and attach the diagnostics zip.
